Each tumbler is handmade to order with love, care, and attention to detail. Please allow 7–14 business days for all custom orders to be created and processed before shipping.

Because every cup is customized to your exact specifications, all sales for custom tumblers are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for custom items unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
