Please note that small air bubbles are a natural occurrence in snow globe tumblers and are not considered defects. Each cup is handcrafted and unique, which may result in minor variations.

💫 Damaged Items

If your cup arrives damaged (e.g., cracked or broken), we’re happy to help! While we do not issue immediate refunds, we will gladly replace your item once a shipping claim is verified.

To receive a replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
  2. A case must be opened with the shipping carrier to investigate the damage.
  3. Once the claim is processed and approved by the carrier, your cup will be remade and shipped at no additional cost.
