How long will my order take?
Custom orders take 7–14 business days to create before shipping. Each cup is handmade to order with love — worth the wait! 💕
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because all tumblers are made to your custom preferences, once your order is placed it cannot be changed or canceled.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
All sales are final for custom items. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days so we can file a claim and replace it.
How do I care for my cup?
- Hand wash only
- Do not put in the dishwasher or microwave
- Avoid extreme heat and soaking
- Handle gently to preserve the glitter flow ✨
Do you ship internationally?

Can I choose to have my cup made live on TikTok?
Yes! Some customers love watching their cup come to life 💕
When placing your order, you can choose whether or not you’d like it to be made on TikTok Live. If you select “Yes,” your name will be added to our TikTok Live Line-Up, and you’ll be able to see the scheduled date on our website.
If you prefer your order to be made off-camera, no worries — your cup will still be crafted with the same love and sparkle ✨
